A new modern five-star hotel invites job applicants to join our team as a FRONT DESK AGENT:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest registration: confirming reservations, assigning rooms, issuing and activating room keys.

  • Processing all types of payments: cash, credit/debit cards, checks.

  • Handling guest check-outs, resolving issues related to delays or disputed charges.

  • Receiving and processing phone calls, messages, guest requests, and inquiries.

  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping department to ensure room readiness.

  • Providing information about the hotel and local attractions.

  • Preparing daily reports on arrivals and departures, handling special requests.

  • Maintaining positive working relationships and adhering to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

  • Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills, confidence, high engagement and enthusiasm.

  • Higher education.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel software.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate processes efficiently.

  • Adherence to appearance standards: neatness, tidiness, and professional image.
