We are looking for a reliable and professional Personal Assistant to support the CEO, manage daily workflows, and ensure a high standard of business interaction, including participation in external events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating meetings, business appointments, and travel arrangements in line with executive priorities;

  • Managing the Executive’s calendar, ensuring effective time management and deadline control;

  • Executing a wide range of administrative, organisational, and personal tasks with a high level of accuracy and discretion;

  • Supporting and accompanying the Executive at business forums, exhibitions, and high-level events;

  • Ensuring adherence to business etiquette, negotiation protocols, and corporate standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of business etiquette, meeting and negotiation protocols;

  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and composure in executive environments;

  • Strict adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality standards;

  • Fluent English and Kazakh (written and spoken);

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast-paced business environment.
