We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager/Head of Mobile Marketing to take full ownership of our mobile app growth. You will lead the charge in defining our market presence, managing high-performing teams, and ensuring every launch is a massive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design, implement, and refine a comprehensive global marketing strategy for our mobile apps.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our UA and ASO teams, fostering a culture of data-driven experimentation and scaling.

  • Scaling & Growth: Oversee the scaling of UA campaigns across multiple channels and ensure top-tier visibility through cutting-edge ASO techniques.

  • Launch Management: Oversee and control the end-to-end process for new app launches and major updates, ensuring seamless execution and market impact.

  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the entire marketing funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimize conversion rates from first impression to long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Solid background in mobile app marketing with understanding of UA, ASO, and mobile sales funnels.

  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams and a track record of driving professional growth within a marketing department.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to translate complex data into actionable growth strategies.

  • Language Proficiency: English at C1 level or higher (expert verbal and written communication is essential).

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay ahead of mobile industry trends.

  • Experience working with international markets;

  • Experience in categories such as children’s products or edutainment;
