Nauchsoft, an international software development and IT consulting company, is looking for a full-time L1/L2 Support Engineer. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and deactivate insurance agent and carrier accounts
- Manage user access, roles, licenses, and permissions across multiple platforms
- Perform onboarding and offboarding activities
- Handle password resets and account recovery
- Maintain accurate agent and carrier data across numerous systems
- Communicate with insurance carriers and third-party vendors to clarify requirements and resolve access issues
Requirements:
- Fluent English (Intermediate+/B2 or higher), especially strong written communication
- Experience in administrative support, account administration, or access management
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Ability to work with many systems, websites, and platforms simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and instructions
- Comfortable communicating with external companies and stakeholders via email and ticketing systems
