FullStack Analyst (in EU)

We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the EU ensuring silence, good internet connection, availability and proper environment .

Now we’re looking for a strong FullStack Analyst (in EU) to boost the client's team.

The customer is a fintech platform for building digital banking, web, and mobile solutions. The company specializes in developing cloud-native applications, microservices architecture, integration with banking systems, and ensuring data security.

Responsibilities on the project:
-Gather, analyze, and formalize requirements to support the development of a digital banking platform.
-Work on products and services tailored for banks, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.
-Communicate directly with clients (banks, fintech partners) to identify needs and shape product solutions.
-Create specifications, user stories, use case scenarios, and maintain up-to-date documentation.
-Analyze the fintech market and competitor landscape, contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning.
-Support custom implementations of the platform for banking clients, including adapting features to local regulations and business specifics.
-Participate in testing and validation processes, assist with release activities, and gather feedback from users and clients.

Сandidate's portrait:

-Located in EU
-5 years of experience as an Analyst, ideally in fintech, digital banking, banking sector
-Strong understanding of banking processes and products, such as payments, accounts, cards, onboarding, KYC/AML, etc.
-Experience working closely with technical teams (backend/frontend), with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
-Proficiency in writing and organizing documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams (e.g. BPMN), and technical specs.
-Hands-on experience in cross-functional Agile teams, familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

-English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
