Core Job Functions:
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to standards, anticipating needs and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
- Maintain a deep knowledge of menu items, beverage selections, and food safety standards; proactively learn updates to service protocols
- Serve food and drinks accurately, often using POS systems like Oracle Hospitality Symphony or MICROS to process orders and payments
- Set up tables, event materials, and work areas; communicate special guest requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of hygiene and organization in all guest and work areas; report any maintenance needs immediately to management
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; hospitality certifications or a degree are preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality and customer-focused skills
- Knowledge of English, Russian and Uzbek
