We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead to lead an engineering team building a data management platform with complex integrations, real-time processing, and multi-tenant architecture. The role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and active development, with a strong focus on modern AI-assisted engineering practices.
Key responsibilities

Lead delivery: planning, task breakdown, estimations, quality, and releases

Technical leadership across React/Node.js/TypeScript

Own architecture decisions (multi-tenant, RBAC, reliability, security)

Drive team standards: code reviews, testing strategy, performance practices

Champion AI-assisted development (team-wide best practices, faster prototyping, productivity)
Requirements

5+ years in full-stack development; 1–2+ years leading/mentoring engineers

Strong React + TypeScript (complex UI/dashboards)

Strong Node.js + TypeScript, REST APIs, real-time data flows

PostgreSQL/Supabase experience (data modeling, optimization)

Confident use of AI tools in development (and ability to scale usage across the team)

Professional level of Russian + English (B2+) (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
DevOps ownership: experience owning delivery operations - setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and release processes, collaborating on Docker/Kubernetes deployment standards, and promoting DevOps best practices across the team
