GP Solutions is looking for a qualified legal specialist to join our team as the sole in-house counsel for a group of companies.
You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the organization and will interact with subcontractors in various locations.
Our offices: Germany, Poland, Belarus, UAE, USA.
Working hours: from 9-10 AM till 6-7 PM
Requirements:
- minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in international law or IT;
- higher legal or economic education;
- B2+ (Upper-Intermediate+) English Level;
- German as a second foreign language is much appreciated;
- striving for development in the sphere of intellectual property rights;
- good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- attentiveness, accuracy.
Responsibilities:
-
full legal support of a HTP resident;
- review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents;
- provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters;
- working out and developing of International Economic Agreements (such as software licensing, custom software development agreement, agency agreements etc.);
- coordinate subcontractors in multiple locations;
- communication with State bodies;
- assisting accounting and HR-administration in cross-legal issues and related matters;
- company legal issues solving.
