Location: Office-based (Local Office)
Working hours: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary: $900/month

Responsibilities
• Full-cycle recruitment for the local office
• Posting job vacancies and managing applications
• Screening candidates and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with department managers
• Maintaining candidate records and basic HR reports
• Supporting onboarding and employee adaptation
• Assisting with internal HR processes

Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment
• Understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
• Good spoken and written English and Russian
• Clear communication and organizational skills
• Responsibility and ability to work independently
