Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)

Minimum 10 years technical and 5 years managerial experience
-
Strong experience in pipelines, gas compressor stations, power generation

Solid knowledge of EPC contract execution and technical terms & conditions

Experience with P&IDs, 3D model reviews, EIA, bid evaluations

HAZOP Leadership Certificate
-
Proficiency in CAD, process simulation software, MS Office
-
Fluent in English and Russian (Kazakh is an advantage)

Support development and execution of EPC / PMC contracts, including ITB technical scope (Lump Sum)
-
Perform process engineering activities: H&MB, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and valve sizing, blowdown calculations
-
Participate in HAZOP / HAZID / LOPA, Bowtie and HFE studies
-
Review vendor technical bids and performance guarantees for critical packages (compressors, gas treatment, utilities, power systems)

Perform pipeline and piping hydraulic and thermal calculations (steady & transient)
-
Review QRA / FERA / EERA studies and update layouts accordingly
-
Contribute to mentoring, coaching, and supervision of assigned personnel
