The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the commercial and operational activities of retail stores within an assigned region.
Duties:

Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, motivate teams, and recommend corrective actions.

Take full responsibility for achieving commercial targets within the assigned region.

Monitor sales performance, analyze key KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.

Implement trade and commercial strategies in alignment with brand standards.

Build and manage a skilled, motivated retail team across the region, including newly opened stores.

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of Store Managers and retail staff.

Set development objectives, evaluate employee performance, and implement improvement plans.

Oversee operational expenses, manage the regional budget, and ensure cost efficiency.

Maintain high standards in customer service, store presentation, and visual merchandising.

Supervise the execution of marketing activities and ensure store readiness for campaigns.

Ensure proper staffing levels and optimize labor costs in accordance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels and support corrective actions when discrepancies arise.

Coordinate and oversee store openings, closures, and renovation projects.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and internal policies across all locations.

Participate in local training programs and corporate events; represent the company externally as needed.

Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s code of ethics and conduct.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Employer.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail management or regional retail operations.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive commercial performance.

Strong knowledge of retail KPIs, sales performance analysis, and operational best practices.

Communicative English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

High cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital sales and reporting tools.

Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license.

Willingness and availability for frequent business travel.
