We're looking for an experienced AI Implementer to lead the integration of AI-driven solutions across all departments of our organization—from engineering and procurement to documentation and project coordination

Responsibilities:

• Audit current workflows and identify AI automation opportunities
• Design and implement AI-powered tools (LLM, ML, RPA) across departments
• Develop internal AI assistants, chatbots, and custom automations
• Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms (CAD, BIM, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Train staff and create internal usage guidelines
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve AI adoption and performance

Requirements:

• Proven, hands-on experience implementing AI in small to mid-sized companies
• Deep knowledge of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Mistral) and API integrations
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms, automation tools, and RPA
• Track record of building real AI tools — not just experiments or prototypes
• Familiarity with engineering or construction workflows is a strong plus
• Self-driven, responsible, and results-oriented
• Good English skills — especially for working with technical documentation
