We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales (Advertiser) Manager to join strong team in CPA marketing.

YOUR ATTRIBUTES:

  • excellent knowledge of CPA CPI products
  • strong negotiation, decision making and problem solving skills
  • intermediate or higher level of English
  • highly organized and exceptional time management
  • ability to build reports and tables in Google Sheets and Excel
  • at least 2-year working experience in Affiliate-marketing
  • data-driven, analytical and growth-oriented mindset
  • to be an excellent team player, be able to interact effectively with various functions within the company

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • build and maintain strong relationships with key advertisers
  • on-boarding new advertisers
  • track, analyze, and optimize campaigns
  • become a training, information and advice resource for junior level staff
  • develop new working strategies and their implementation
  • meet and exceed monthly revenue and profit goals
  • negotiate multiple payout structures on various models including CPA, CPL, CPI
