Requirements
➖Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
➖Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CIA, or similar are preferred.
➖Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in audit/assurance, preferably in financial services.
➖ACCA qualification or equivalent (e.g., CPA, CIA).
➖Strong analytical and communication skills.
➖Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
➖Familiarity with digital assurance tools and data analytics is a plus.
➖Ability to travel as required by client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
➖Lead and manage assurance engagements from planning through execution and completion.
➖Evaluate financial statements for material misstatements due to fraud or error.
➖Assess governance, risk management processes, and internal controls.
➖Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
➖Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business performance and strategic issues.
➖Draft and review assurance reports, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
➖Apply the firm’s audit methodology and uphold professional standards and independence requirements.
➖Embrace digital tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to enhance audit delivery.
