Business Assistant / Director's Assistant - (Preference is given to people with Legal Education)

Обязанности:

  • According to the job instruction of the company
  • 1. Interact with the Company's Clients and Partners, maintain up-to-date information, interaction histories, and contracts.

    2. Support Clients at all stages of the Project—from initial contact to the conclusion of the main Contract.

    3. Make phone calls, prepare letters and requests; monitor the receipt of incoming and outgoing documentation and letters from/to Clients, government agencies, and other Partners, ensure the preparation and dispatch of response letters, protocols, reports, and other documents within the established deadlines;

    4. Search for and attract new Partners as assigned by the Director, including conducting negotiations and presentations.

    5. Resolve emerging issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction for both the Contractor and the Client, ensuring effective interaction between all project participants.

    6. Prepare for events and participate in negotiations at exhibitions, meetings, and roundtables with Partners.

    7. Prepare reports—generate weekly, monthly, and other reports on work with Clients, including regular reports on project status, achievements, and challenges.

    8. Interact with internal Company departments.

    9. Maintain the Company's business image—adherence to corporate communication and service standards.

    10. Participation in the preparation of tender documentation (collecting data from various sources (internet, databases, other resources), including monitoring and collecting information from electronic tender and trading platforms to identify tenders and competitions of potential interest to the company, studying tender documentation requirements, analyzing the economic benefits of participating in the tender, and using all necessary search engines and specialized platforms.

Требования:
  • • Higher education.

    • Proficiency in English at a C1-C2 level.

    • Experience interacting with clients, primarily with foreign partners.

    • Experience in negotiating and concluding contracts.

    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

    • Ability to quickly navigate a large workload and find solutions.

    • Proficiency in a PC, office software, and a willingness to learn new services.

    • Business communication skills and competent oral and written communication.

    • Proactive, flexible, and willing to develop and learn.

    • Readiness for business travel and active communication.

Условия:

• Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

• Official employment;

• Work from the company's office in the center of the left bank, five days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM;
