Key responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple client projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Diagnose business issues using data analysis, financial modeling, market research, and interviews.
  • Develop growth, transformation, and digital strategies with clear, actionable roadmaps.
  • Support execution through operating model design, processes, KPIs, and change management.
  • Manage senior client relationships and deliver executive-level presentations.
  • Support business development and contribute to internal knowledge and frameworks.
  • Lead and coach consulting teams; ensure high-quality outputs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting or strategic roles in financial services.
  • Strong domain expertise in banking, insurance, or fintech.
  • Solid analytical skills, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving.
  • Experience with transformation or digital initiatives is a plus.
  • Fluent English, Russian and Uzbek is a plus.
