Global food company with leading brands in spreads, creams and plant-based alternatives is expanding business across Central Asia and looking for an experienced Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Georgia
  • Build and execute customer and distributor business plans
  • Drive market entry and portfolio expansion in Retail and Food Service
  • Manage distributor performance, forecasting and order planning
  • Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams
  • Monitor competitors and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably food category
  • Strong experience with distributors, local retail chains and marketing
  • Food Service / HoReCa exposure is a strong advantage
  • Solid commercial, forecasting and customer planning skills
  • Hands-on, result-driven, able to work independently
  • Fluent Russian and English (Turkish is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within the region
