We are looking for an experienced Expat Director of Reinsurance to lead strategic development of our international insurance operations. If you are passionate about the insurance business, results-oriented, and ready for new challenges in a dynamic environment — this role is for you!
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s reinsurance strategy in accordance with international industry standards;

Manage reinsurance programs and build partnerships with leading global reinsurers;

Perform risk analysis and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors;

Implement innovative reinsurance and risk-management solutions;

Support and grow the internal team, mentor and coach employees.
Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance and reinsurance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role;

Proven experience working with international reinsurance partners;

Strong knowledge of international regulations and compliance standards;

Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and analytical mindset;

Fluent English (required).
