About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for IT professionals across technical and non-technical roles in Europe, CIS, and other regions, directly contributing to successful hires and company growth.

You will also be involved in onboarding and supporting new employees during their probation period. This role requires hands-on recruitment, active sourcing, and close partnership with the business.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle (end-to-end)
  • Conduct active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean search, alternative channels)
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates according to internal standards
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Contribute to the improvement and optimization of recruitment processes

Onboarding & Adaptation

  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Conduct one-to-one meetings during the probation period
  • Collect feedback from managers and identify adaptation risks
  • Share insights with the HR team and leadership

  • Experience in international recruitment
  • Experience working in IT companies (fintech, travel, SaaS) and international environments
  • Readiness for hands-on recruitment and active sourcing
  • Strong ability to build professional, trust-based communication
  • High level of independence, structured thinking, and results orientation
  • Strong motivation to grow in recruitment and employee adaptation

Russian — C2

English — C1–C2 (spoken and written)
