Hard skills:

3-4 years of experience in performance/traffic/marketing analytics, including at least 1–21–2 years in a lead role

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Understanding of statistics

Deep understanding of iGaming traffic acquisition channels

Understanding of GEO specifics, licensing, and anti-fraud

Extensive experience analyzing traffic quality

Experience integrating data sources (APIs, webhooks)

Understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

Basic Python / R knowledge (a plus)
