Haileybury Astana is seeking a reliable and professional Personal Driver to support the school’s operational needs. The Driver operates a vehicle owned by or assigned to the Organization strictly for business purposes and ensures safe, efficient, and responsible transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with traffic regulations, labor protection, safety, and fire safety rules

• Ensure safe, professional, and accident-free driving at all times

• Maintain the vehicle in good technical and clean condition; conduct daily checks and timely servicing

• Use the vehicle strictly for official purposes and prevent unauthorized use

• Select optimal routes and drive responsibly, maintaining safe speed and distance

• Complete travel, fuel, and vehicle documentation; report fuel expenses on time

• Undergo required medical examinations as scheduled

• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or emergencies to the immediate supervisor

• Secure the vehicle at all times, including locking doors and activating the alarm system

• Refrain from using alcohol or substances that may impair attention or reaction before or during work

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a driver

• Valid driving license with appropriate categories required for the role

• Good knowledge of traffic regulations and safe driving practices

• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and discretion
