Primary duties:
- In-depth financial and market research
- Analyzing company financials, and evaluating potential investment opportunities
- Assist in developing investment strategies
- Perform due diligence
- Support M&A deal execution including transaction structuring and negotiations
- Prepare investment memorandums, client presentations, and marketing materials
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance
- M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
- Experience in project management
- Fluent English is a must
- Good presentation skills
- Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting
- Ability to meet tough deadlines
- Eager to learn and result oriented with ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude
