Marketing Manager (Remote, E‑comm, Jewelry Brand)
Role Overview
We're looking for a strategic, data‑driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale the marketing function for a fast‑growing jewelry e‑commerce brand with a strong aesthetic identity and a loyal international audience.
A key focus of this role is driving growth and strengthening our market presence in the US and EU, where the brand already has traction and significant expansion potential.
This position reports to founders and blends performance marketing, brand development, and analytics. You will own long‑term marketing strategy, acquisition, and growth channels. The role requires both ownership and a hands‑on mindset when validating hypotheses or launching new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth:

Develop and own the overall marketing strategy together with the Founders.

Lead the development and scaling of the business in the US and EU markets, adapting positioning, channels, and messaging to local audiences.

Select, prioritize, and justify marketing channels based on business goals.

Balance performance growth with brand integrity.
-
Adapt channels to niche, non–mass‑market audiences typical for jewelry and lifestyle brands.

Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior in the US and EU.
Lead Generation & Performance:
-
Own lead generation strategy across paid, organic, and social channels.
-
Scale paid acquisition without degrading brand perception.
-
Collaborate with performance and SEO agencies: task‑setting, oversight, interpretation.
-
Optimize the Lead → Sale funnel with a focus on lead quality.
-
Adjust scaling when CPL, CAC, or conversion quality declines.
Website, UX & CRO:
-
Treat the website as a core sales and lead‑generation asset.
-
Collaborate closely with WEB and UX teams.
-
Build UX/CRO hypotheses based on analytics and user behavior.
-
Run short‑cycle A/B tests with clear success criteria.
Social Media & Content:
-
Own SMM strategy end‑to‑end.
-
Deep understanding of Instagram as both a sales and brand channel for jewelry.
-
Strong understanding of TikTok mechanics and content formats.
-
Connect content directly to leads and sales.
-
Test messages, offers, and creative formats.
Nice to know: Pinterest, Reddit, Discord, influence & community marketing.
Analytics & Decision‑Making:

Use analytics as a growth management tool, not reporting.
-
Work with CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and funnel metrics.
-
Interpret data at a business‑decision level.
-
Prepare insights and present conclusions to the Founder.
Leadership:
-
Build and manage external marketing providers.
-
Manage budgets, priorities, and timelines.
Hands‑on When Needed:

Step in when necessary to launch or validate hypotheses (without slipping into full‑time operations).
Candidate Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience as Marketing Manager | or Growth | or Performance Manager in E‑comm (B2C, B2B).

Experience working with the US and EU markets is mandatory.

Deep expertise in lead generation and experience working with niche, non–mass‑market brands (lifestyle, design, fashion — strong advantage).

Location & Format
