Communicate effectively internally with other departments (support functions, sales and marketing, among others).

Prepare monthly reports and AGF strategies for regional meetings, presentations and other information for marketing and sales development.

Prepare quotations and present them to clients

Prepare tender packages for submission to various tender sites

Effectively conduct market research and lead the sales process, ensuring successful implementation of services (organizing internal and external meetings between the client and the relevant BV department).

Maintain an internal Sales Opportunities pipeline/file.

Initiate monthly meetings and coordination.

Assist management in making appropriate decisions when discussing new products.

Organize and participate in customer meetings, trade shows, seminars, etc.

Communicating and sharing feedback and follow-up with N+1.

Supporting the development team only for urgent situations and/or force majeure when the company needs timely support.

Mentoring and managing the sales managers of the buildings and infrastructure department.

Directing the sales activities of the Buildings and Infrastructure department

Preparation of presentation slides to promote BV's offerings.

Organize and participate in forums, webinars, conferences and other public events where BV brand promotion is required.
