We are an ambitious startup in the consulting sphere for the highstakes gaming industry.
We are seeking two strong VIP Managers: one for the CIS region and one for the Asian market.

Personal Qualities (Critical):

2. HyperResults Driven: Strong money and KPI orientation. You understand your income is directly tied to your results.
3. Absolute Stress Resilience: Preparedness for negativity, conflicts, profanity, and even threats from emotional clients. Ability to defuse conflicts and maintain composure.
4. Mastery of Negotiation & Sales: Skill in selling a highvalue service, approaching complex individuals, reaching agreements, and handling pressure.
5. Flexibility & 24/7 Readiness: A standard "9to6" schedule does not exist. You must be available when the client is.
6. Presentability: You are the "face" of the company for our toptier client.

Job Qualities
- Experience with cold leads, including cold calling in iGaming
- Experience working with high-dollar VIP clients in iGaming

- Attracting, retaining, and consulting exclusive VIP clients with a deposit of at least $20,000 per week. Focus on sales and execution.

- Knowledge of Bitrix24/Excel is a plus, but not key


Responsibilities:
Direct sales and consulting for VIP clients (calls, messengers, private chats).
Participation in exclusive player events (meetups, tournaments).
Working with CRM systems and maintaining client reporting. (Knowledge of Bitrix24/Excel is a plus, but not key).

Conditions:

Compensation: Fixed base (from 2,000 dollars)+ significant percentage of client results/transactions. Base salary is negotiable for strong candidates.

Schedule: Flexible, remote work. Oriented around client availability.
