Duties:
- Identify, develop, and monitor business opportunities for renewable energy and Solar PV projects.
- Lead sales activities and business development within the photovoltaic (solar) sector, including promotion of renewable energy solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate all Solar PV sales activities, including project-related sales operations.
- Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and business stakeholders.
- Engage with senior management and support negotiations with customers, partners, and investors.
- Prepare and review investment materials, business reports, and project documentation.
- Support due diligence processes by ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and financing requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy (Solar PV) industry or utility-scale project development.
- At least 5 years of experience in selling renewable energy or Solar PV solutions in the Uzbekistan market.
- Strong understanding of the photovoltaic industry, including bidding processes, construction models, and key system components.
- Proven ability to independently lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
- Good knowledge of local Solar PV market players, partners, and market operating models.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- English language proficiency (working level).
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
