Duties:
- Manage Residential and C&I Solar PV products and solutions, delivering clear solution value to customers.
- Analyze customer requirements, identify pain points related to PV products and solutions, and develop targeted technical solutions, drive business growth by supporting market expansion, partnerships, and new market entry initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and support closing of sales opportunities to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Conduct product and solution planning, including analysis of technical requirements, product functionality, and licensing.
- Perform technical solution validation with customers and optimize solutions to ensure competitiveness and technical leadership.
- Support project bidding activities, including preparation of BOMs, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Act as a solution value ambassador by delivering technical presentations, solution workshops, and technical exchanges to promote Smart PV solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Solar PV solutions, technical sales, or solution management.
- Solid knowledge of Solar Inverter technology and fundamental PV principles.
- Strong understanding of PV system design, including string sizing, equipment selection, cable sizing, and system optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions.
- Technical expertise in PV inverter technologies (e.g. MPPT, LVRT, etc.).
- Experience supporting bidding processes and customer-facing technical discussions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- English language proficiency (working level).
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
