Duties:
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the Data Center segment, lead customer engagement activities and act as the primary contact for major accounts and projects.
- Drive data center sales projects by acting as a project owner or core team member, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Participate in commercial negotiations, contribute to negotiation strategies, and support improvement of contract terms and conditions.
- Ensure effective transaction management and support deal closure in alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise sales, preferably in Data Center, Digital Power, ICT infrastructure, or related industries.
- Proven experience in sales project operations and management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Good understanding of data center solutions, digital infrastructure, or related technology-driven projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- English language proficiency (working level).
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
