Duties:

  • Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the Data Center segment, lead customer engagement activities and act as the primary contact for major accounts and projects.
  • Drive data center sales projects by acting as a project owner or core team member, coordinating internal and external resources.
  • Participate in commercial negotiations, contribute to negotiation strategies, and support improvement of contract terms and conditions.
  • Ensure effective transaction management and support deal closure in alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise sales, preferably in Data Center, Digital Power, ICT infrastructure, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in sales project operations and management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Good understanding of data center solutions, digital infrastructure, or related technology-driven projects is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • English language proficiency (working level).

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
