Position Overview
We are looking for a specialist to work on lifecycle and CRM communications within the Sales team. The role focuses on building and improving user communication flows across multiple channels, supporting growth, engagement, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage lifecycle and CRM communications across email, push, and in-app channels
- Build and maintain trigger-based journeys based on user behavior and product events
- Manage in-app communications, including push notifications, banners, stories, and in-app inbox
- Work on upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing users
- Support repeat purchases and retention initiatives
- Develop, test, and iterate offers for different user segments
- Build and maintain user segmentation across multiple data sources
- Support email database growth and enrichment
- Launch and maintain web-based trigger mechanics
- Analyze lifecycle performance metrics (retention, conversion, LTV)
- Run A/B tests for content, mechanics, and offers
- Form hypotheses and validate them through CRM channels
- Continuously optimize funnels and lifecycle scenarios
- Work with Customer.io as the main CRM platform
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing
- Hands-on experience with email, push, and in-app communication channels
- Understanding of trigger-based flows and event-driven communication
- Experience with user segmentation and working with user data
- Ability to analyze lifecycle metrics and campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Familiarity with Customer.io or similar lifecycle platforms
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product and growth teams
