Andersen is hiring a QA Automation Engineer (C#) to ensure quality and performance of a production lending platform, focusing on load and reliability testing for regular releases.
The customer is a Texas-based cooperative financial institution providing loans for agriculture, real estate, housing, and equipment, as well as crop insurance services. Operating through 67 offices across 192 counties, the organization plays a key role in supporting farmers, agribusinesses, and rural communities. As a member-owned cooperative, it reinvests its success by sharing returns with its members and contributing to the long-term sustainability of local economies.
The project is focused on developing and operating a lending platform for multiple user groups. It is currently in production, with each new release requiring thorough load and performance testing to ensure stability and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Automating regression, smoke and sanity tests on the project.
- Speeding up the process of preparation for releases and helping with regression testing before the release.
- Conducting performance and loading testing.
- Working on new features of automation testing and maintenance after regression, smoke, and sanity coverage.
Must-haves:
- Experience as a QA Automation Engineer for 3+ years.
- Strong knowledge of QA automation principles and practices.
- Hands-on experience with test automation using C#.
- Hands-on experience with regression testing.
- Experience in load and performance testing.
- Strong self-management skills, including independent task planning and transparent status reportin.
- Experience with Git, Allure, and TestRail.
- Understanding test automation framework architecture and common design patterns (Singleton, Factory, Decorator, Page Object, Composite).
- Experience in UI test automation using C#, Selenium, NUnit, including XPath and Chrome DevTools.
- Experience in API testing and automation for REST/HTTP microservices using C#, RestSharp, and Postman.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Basic experience with performance testing using JMeter and Azure Load Testing.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with fintech/payment integrations.
