Boss Revolution: Calling App.

The mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top-up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.
Responsibilities:
-
Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for the Calling App and services using different testing techniques and tools.
-
Ability to evaluate expected functionality against specifications/requirements.
-
Ability to identify system bottlenecks with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and reasoning skills.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify the integration touch points and execute integration/end-to-end tests.
-
Work closely with developers to get features tested as part of a scrum team.

Proactive approach in developing test strategy and plans for features being implemented.

Support production releases and perform post-release testing.
Required Skills:
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in manual testing of mobile or backend applications.

Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques.
-
Strong knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Charles Proxy.

Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to check application logs using monitoring tools and ADB, Android Studio, and XCode.

Exposure to CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).

Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and OS related guidelines.
-
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.

Excellent understanding and expertise in writing and executing SQL queries to perform back-end testing.
-
Hands-on experience in testing REST and/or SOAP APIs.
-
Flexible, organized, self-starting team player who is comfortable working in an Agile development environment.

Good level of English – B2 or higher.
Nice-to-Have:

Automation experience (Java + Selenium/Appium + RestAssured).

Experience in the Telecom Domain.

Performance testing with K6 or JMeter.
