We’re looking for a Growth & Retention Manager to help scale our subscription business by improving retention, increasing customer lifetime value, and driving cross-unit revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own retention strategy across key lifecycle stages (3, 6, 12 months).

  • Build customer segmentation and personalized engagement journeys.

  • Optimize multi-channel CRM communication (email, push, WhatsApp, etc.).

  • Launch cross-sell and upsell campaigns across Lev Haolam business units.

  • Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing to drive growth experiments.

  • Run A/B tests and continuously improve lifecycle funnels.

  • Track core metrics: LTV, ARPU, churn, retention, incremental revenue.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3+ years in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or growth marketing.

  • Strong understanding of subscription funnels and customer behavior.

  • Analytical mindset (Excel, Power BI, cohort analysis).

  • Experience with triggers, personalization, and offer creation.

  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Subscription or e-commerce background is a plus.

  • Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
