Junior Jira Administrator / Implementer

We are looking for a skilled Junior Jira Administrator / Implementer to lead the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of Jira-based solutions across the organization. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Development, and Business teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective Jira solutions.

Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and maintain Jira according to organizational needs

Design and optimize workflows, issue types, screens, permissions, and schemes

Work closely with the Product team to understand business processes and convert them into Jira-based solutions using add-ons and automation

Manage and configure Jira add-ons, including: Tricentis (Test Management), ScriptRunner, Smart Checklist, JSU Automation Suite

Build and maintain automation rules to improve efficiency and reduce manual work

Support end users, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports

Integrate and leverage AI-based tools (such as Rovo) to enhance productivity, reporting, and insights

Provide Jira best practices, user training, and ongoing support

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Jira Administrator / Implementer

Strong hands-on experience with Jira add-ons and automation tools

Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical Jira solutions

Experience working with AI-assisted tools in Jira

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
