Role Overview:

Your mission: leverage your iGaming/Fintech network to identify the best master agents in the region, convince them to switch to our platform, and manage their portfolio to maximum profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Acquisition: Identify and penetrate new channels, closed groups, and niche communities where top-tier Asian agents operate.

  • Strategic Poaching: Contact and convert high-performing agents from competitors by effectively communicating our platform’s superior value proposition.

  • Financial Negotiation: Structure and negotiate commission rates that drive agent motivation while strictly protecting company margins.

  • P&L Ownership: Conduct weekly monitoring of key performance indicators, including Turnover, NGR, and Net Profit.

  • Performance Optimization: Proactively identify underperforming agents, diagnose the root causes (technical, financial, or motivational), and implement immediate fixes to restore profitability.

Requirements:

  • Sales Grit: You have a proven track record of "hunting" and poaching partners in highly competitive environments. You don't wait for leads; you create them.

  • Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable with numbers. You deeply understand the relationship between Turnover vs. Profit and can make data-driven decisions.

  • Languages: English (C1) is mandatory.

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in Payments, iGaming, or high-volume FinTech platforms is highly preferred.
