About the Role

The Center for Lifelong Learning at American University of Technology (AUT) is seeking a Project Assistant for Preparatory Programs to support the planning, coordination, and implementation of preparatory educational programs. The role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with students, instructors, and internal teams while supporting educational projects from planning to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of preparatory programs (scheduling, documentation, logistics)
  • Assist in organizing student enrollment and onboarding processes for preparatory programs
  • Maintain communication with students, parents, instructors, and internal departments
  • Support the preparation and delivery of information sessions, orientations, and events
  • Track program timelines, attendance, and key milestones
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and reports related to preparatory programs
  • Assist with preparation of contracts, schedules, reports, and internal documents
  • Ensure timely collection and submission of required student documentation
  • Support daily operational tasks related to program delivery
  • Assist the С3L team with ad hoc project-related tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in project support, education administration, admissions, or coordination roles; internship experience will be considered
  • Proficiency in Uzbek and Russian, working knowledge of English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Experience with databases, CRM systems, or LMS platforms is an advantage
