Planning specialist (Primavera 26)

• Coordination with managers, supervisors, stakeholders, and site engineers throughout the project lifecycle

• Establishment of project goals, policies, and procedures

• Preparation and analysis of planning reports, recommendations, and forecasts

• Primavera P6 schedule analysis, critical path identification

• Participation in schedule risk analysis and mitigation measures

• Cost estimation for projects and individual scopes

• Baseline schedule updates and forecasting.

• Preparation and monitoring of project schedules.

• Familiar with planning software (Primavera P6 / MS Project).

• Coordinate with site and engineering teams for progress tracking.

• Prepare progress reports and update project timelines.

Requirements:

• Shall be proficient in English, Russian and local language.
• Along with good knowledge of civil Engineering with deep technical exposure for BOQ estimation for all Civil related works like Structure, Concrete etc.
• Will able to understand the detailed civil drawings and comments on the errors.
• Good knowledge planning software and applications used in project scheduling and monitoring.
