Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing and communication activities (online and offline) with a strong focus on store openings, influencer marketing, and local brand promotion in alignment with HQ guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Cooperation with influencers and agencies (barter and paid partnerships) in coordination with HQ

  • Organization of PR packages and influencer activations

  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance

  • Support of brand awareness events and activations

Store Openings & Local Marketing

  • Coordination of marketing activities for new store openings

  • Cooperation with shopping malls, LM, and contractors

  • Management of OOH campaigns (platform selection, briefing, budget control, reporting)

  • Preparation and supervision of marketing materials for openings

  • Reporting store opening results to HQ

Brand Communication

  • Localization and adaptation of marketing materials (digital & offline)

  • Support of in-store and mall advertising (banners, video/audio materials)

  • Participation in joint campaigns with shopping centers

  • Supervision of marketing budget usage

Administrative & Coordination

  • Invoice coordination and cooperation with accounting

  • Ongoing communication with HQ marketing team (Poland)

  • Translation of marketing materials (social media, website, email campaigns, promotional texts)

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or FMCG

  • Experience in influencer marketing and local campaign coordination

  • Understanding of OOH and offline marketing processes

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • English – Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate (daily communication with HQ)

  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Meta Ads is a plus.
