Chief Accountant/Finance Manager

Managing full-cycle accounting and financial operations in compliance with local legislation and IFRS;

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for local management and foreign headquarters;

Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes;

Overseeing cash flow management and financial performance analysis;

Ensuring tax compliance and coordinating with external auditors and authorities;

Implementing and maintaining internal controls and financial policies;

Supervising the accounting team and optimizing financial processes;

Supporting management with financial insights and strategic recommendations.

Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role (Chief Accountant / Finance Manager / Financial Controller);

Mandatory hands-on experience with IFRS reporting;

Experience working in an international or multinational company;

Fluent English (both written and spoken);

Strong knowledge of local tax and accounting regulations;

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C, or similar);

Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
