We are looking for a strong and results-driven professional to lead and develop the Parts & Accessories direction, build efficient processes, and directly impact the company’s profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Parts & Accessories business unit

  • Develop and implement sales strategy

  • Ensure achievement of financial targets (revenue, margin)

  • Control purchasing, inventory levels, and stock turnover

  • Expand and optimize the product assortment

  • Work closely with suppliers and negotiate commercial terms

  • Analyze market trends and implement growth initiatives

  • Lead and develop the team to improve performance

  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management

  • Optimize business processes within the area of responsibility

Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in sales, marketing, or project management

  • Proven team management experience

  • Strong analytical skills and structured thinking

  • Advanced MS Excel user

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to prepare clear and effective business presentations with visualization

  • High level of responsibility and ownership for results
