About Us

Premier Trucking Group Inc is a US based logistics company with operations in the United States and Uzbekistan. We manage a growing fleet of about 55 trucks and 60 trailers and we are expanding our fleet support team in Tashkent.

We are looking for a Fleet Operator who can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly with drivers, and help coordinate breakdowns and urgent maintenance situations. This role is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants real operations experience inside an international trucking business.

What You Will Do

• Take calls and messages from drivers regarding breakdowns, urgent repairs, and safety issues

• Arrange towing, roadside assistance, and repair appointments quickly and accurately

• Guide drivers through basic next steps during incidents and collect the right details for the team

• Log all maintenance and emergency cases into the fleet tracking system with clean documentation

• Keep clear records of what happened and what actions were taken

• Escalate serious or unresolved cases to the daytime fleet team for follow up

• Support smooth handoffs between night and day operations so nothing gets missed

Who We Are Looking For

• English level C1 or above, IELTS 7 plus preferred

• Russian level strong enough for daily communication with drivers and teams

• Last year university students or recent graduates are strongly preferred

• Comfortable with fast decision-making and communication under pressure

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and not afraid of calling service providers and pushing for updates

• Basic understanding of trucks and trailers is a plus, but not required

• Experience in fleet operations or logistics is a plus, but we are open to candidates without experience
