Job Summary: As fleet Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection. Our ideal candidate is a disciplined leader with excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase and maintain vehicles for deliveries;
- Comply with the U.S. Department of Transport laws and regulations;
- Aid in the recruitment of quality driver’s to add to the fleet:
- Arrange regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency;
- Ensure strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules;

- Collaborate with the maintenance team to find ways to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but can be a student;
- Advanced English 6.5+ IELTS;
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office;
- Google sheets and Excel;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities;
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
- Good organizational and time management skills.
