Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the full sales cycle for investment apartments
- Lead and supervise the sales team set clear KPIs and control performance
- Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved
- Personally participate in negotiations and close complex deals
- Maintain strict discipline in Bitrix24 including full and accurate CRM usage
- Monitor and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
- Conduct regular one to one meetings with team members
- Build and manage relationships with partner agencies
- Prepare sales analytics forecasts and performance reports
- Maintain a healthy professional team environment
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team with at least 5 direct reports
- Strong practical experience in Bitrix24 automation analytics funnel management reporting
- Proven experience in personal sales and closing deals
- Experience in hiring developing and replacing underperforming team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Fluent Russian and English
