Objectives

- Increase the company's revenue and market share by planning, implementing and managing effective sales and marketing activities. You play a key role in building, developing and maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction

- Carry out work to market development in Russia to find & build customer database.

- Approach and successfully develop distributors /customers through difference sources of information: trade, websites, previous customers, personal relationships, etc.

- Get orders from any distributors in Russia & inform to Export team in Headquarter in Vietnam for King coffee products.

- Deal & sing the commercial contracts with distributors / customers for sale-out, sale-in plan in Russia.

- Увеличивайте выручку компании и долю рынка за счет планирования, внедрения и управления эффективными продажами и маркетинговыми мероприятиями. Вы играете ключевую роль в построении, развитии и поддержании отношений с клиентами, а также в обеспечении их удовлетворенности.

- Осуществляйте работу по развитию рынка в России, находя и формируя клиентскую базу.

- Налаживайте контакты с дистрибьюторами/клиентами и успешно развивайте их, используя различные источники информации: торговые представители, веб-сайты, предыдущие клиенты, личные контакты и т. д.

- Получайте заказы от любых дистрибьюторов в России и сообщайте о них экспортному отделу в головном офисе во Вьетнаме по продукции King Coffee.

- Заключайте и заключайте коммерческие контракты с дистрибьюторами/клиентами для планирования продаж в России.


Key Responsibilities

Search, develop old & new markets, distributor & customers

- Looking for, contact and develop potential distributor /customers in Russia markets.

- Research and evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the market as well as partners to approach.

- Send out samples and test the market to get feedback from consumers and meet their needs.

- Update information about all products of King coffee to distributor /customers for orders.

- Coordinate with Vietnamese counselors in countries across the world, approach potential partners for business cooperation.

- Provide Innovative & Creative marketing ideas & guidance to the team and distributors to boost King Coffee sales to a higher level supported by value- added promotional activities to drive business growth.

- Participate in product introduction exhibitions in Russia markets.

Customer service management

- Always listen and often work with distributors /customers to maintain a good relationship.

- Grasp the difficulties that customers are dealing with in order to support, handle and create favorable conditions for customers to be active in distribution.

- Keep customers updated the pricing policies or promotions to encourage and enhance customer orders, increase sales to meet annual plan targets.

- Update the situation of competitors in the market about products, prices or marketing programs.

- Report and make appropriate recommendations to keep market share for the Company's products in a timely manner.

Manage sales network, statistical assessment of sales data

- Effectively implement & ensure sales contract processes such as signing, payment and transition to production are carried out in accordance with delivery requirements.

- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the work are appropriate and that delivery is on schedule.

- Ongoing review of pricing based on competitive market environment, currency fluctuations, pricing relationship at different channels, product cost, profit of the trade for investment to build King Coffee brand to come up with sharpened and realistic recommended prices for King Coffee for the trade for a healthier long term business growth.

- Balance the business growth of each channel with higher growth at offline channel to reach the macro-business point of view of TNI for sustainable and stronger long term business growth.

- Utilize effectively the strength and competitive advantages to maximize the distribution of King Coffee to build up a sales network in Russia region.

- Work with ICS (export) at headquarter team to ensure the sales target will be achieved. Monitor and manage distributors to achieve the target committed as specified in the singed CEO.

- Support International Sale Manager & CEO to develop clear Trade Promotion Strategy for Russia to increase the sales, build up brand awareness with proper ROI to for King Coffee.

- Run and manage the sales operation effectively to fully support the local Russia can be achieved AOP target.

- Promote and reinforce distributors /partners to be TNI’s strategic business partners for long term business growth.

- Support CEO & local team to launch suitable business strategy based on the business analysis & opportunities found out to support achieving the AOP target and long-term business growth and build up brand awareness for King Coffee effectively

- Build up and train the sales operation team in Russia to be good brand name in terms to adapt multinational of TNI Group years after years and become a strategic employee for TNI group.

Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Import – Export, Business Administration

Related experiences

- At least 05 years of experience in equivalent position

- Experienced/understand in Sales, Marketing, Export Logistics, Finance terms of business field, foreign trade and leadership /management as well.

- Experienced in FMCG distribution and understand the market trend and insights which including distributors, sub-distributors, E-commerce, E-shops, MT, CVS, GT and Horeca as well and standard cooperation terms required from these customers and channels vs. own shrewd negotiation skills driving business cooperation for company.

- Experienced in a Brand and Sales was boomed significantly and manage its effectively.

- Strategic and logical business thought and sales operation management experience.
